Applications for "O-Scar " Acne Group

The IADVL Academy, under the aegis of the IADVL EC, and supported by an educational grant from Galderma India, intends to conduct a series of CME meetings on ‘Evolving Issues & New Treatment Approaches in Acne Management’ (titled O-SCAR), from July 2017 to June 2018 for disseminating information on advances in acne management to its members.

On behalf of the EC and the Academy, we are pleased to invite IADVL Life Members (excluding EC and Academy members and SIG Coordinators and Conveners) to apply for membership of an “O-SCAR” Acne Group(OAG), constituted to formulate the content for this program. This group, consisting of a Coordinator, Convener and 10 members, will be responsible for preparing the slide deck for the topics, under the supervision of the Academy and EC, and its members will be eligible to participate as faculty for these meetings. The Coordinator and Convener, with the help of the Academy Chair and Convener, will also be responsible for coordinating with state branches to finalize suitable dates for CMEs and identifying local speakers, nominating OAG speakers, and providing them with the slide deck.

The Coordinator, Convener and members will be selected by a selection committee composed of the President, President Elect, Immediate Past President, Hon. Secretary General, Academy Chairperson and Academy Convener.
