MIDDERMACON-2022 is
being held in Lucknow from Friday, September 23 to Sunday, September 25, 2022.
The IADVL Academy
is planning two sessions (each consisting of three talks and a panel
discussion) on the following topics:
Academy session 1
Updates in
dermatology therapeutics (90 minutes)
1. Newer biologics
in dermatology practice (15 min)
2. Therapeutic
updates in sexually transmitted diseases (15 min)
3. What’s new in
management of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (15 min)
4. Panel discussion- Extending therapeutic horizon of Tofacitinib/ JAK inhibitors (45 min)
Academy session 2
Emergency
Dermatology (90 minutes)
1. Severe cutaneous
adverse drug reactions: Therapeutic updates (15 min)
2. Management
protocols for erythroderma in children (15 min)
3. Approach to
vasculopathies and skin necrosis (15 min)
4. Panel discussion- Managing acute skin failure (45 min)
All IADVL Life
Members (excluding IADVL Academy members) are invited to participate as faculty
by offering to speak on any of these topics or moderate or participate as panellist
in the panel discussion. As with DERMACON, speakers will have to
arrange for their own transport, registration and accommodation.
