(IADVL Academy). Please find below a brief history of the case along with
the attached clinical and histopathology images.

Case history: 45 year old female with multiple painful blisters and few ulcerated lesions with crusting over
neck, chest, axilla and left arm from past 5 months (Figures 1 and 2)
